イスナ株式会社(以下「当社」)は、コンサルティングサービスの提供にあたり、お客様および関係者の個人情報が有する重要性を認識し、個人情報の保護に関する法律(以下「個人情報保護法」)その他の関連法令および本ポリシーを遵守します。Isuna Inc. ("we", "us") recognizes the importance of personal information handled in the course of providing consulting services, and complies with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), related laws and regulations, and this policy.

01取得する個人情報Information we collect

• お問い合わせ者に関する情報:氏名、所属企業名、役職、メールアドレス、ご相談内容Inquirer information: name, company, title, email address, subject of inquiry
• コンサルティング業務の遂行に必要な情報:お客様企業の従業員に関する情報(原則として仮名化されたもの。所属、役職、雇用形態、給与情報、評価情報等、業務遂行に必要な範囲)Information required for consulting delivery: client employee data (pseudonymized as a rule) — department, title, employment type, compensation and evaluation data, to the extent necessary
• ウェブサイト利用に関する情報:サーバー運用上の標準的なアクセスログ(IPアドレス、ブラウザ種別、閲覧ページ等)Website usage: standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed)

02利用目的Purposes of use

• コンサルティングサービスの提供、契約の履行、契約に関する連絡Provision of consulting services, contract performance, and related communications
• お問い合わせへの回答、資料送付Responses to inquiries and delivery of requested materials
• サービス改善、統計データの作成(個人を特定しない形式)Service improvement and creation of non-identifying statistical data
• 法令に基づく対応Compliance with laws and regulations

上記の目的を超えて利用する場合は、事前に本人の同意を取得します。For any use beyond these purposes, we obtain prior consent.

03第三者への提供Provision to third parties

当社は、法令に基づく場合、人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要な場合、業務委託先に利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で提供する場合(第4項参照)、および法令で認められる場合を除き、あらかじめ本人の同意を得ることなく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。We do not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law, where necessary to protect life, body or property, where provided to service providers within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use (see Section 4), or as otherwise permitted by law.

04業務委託先の管理Service providers

当社は、コンサルティング業務の一部を、当社と秘密保持契約を締結した専門家(以下「関与メンバー」)に委託する場合があります。この場合、関与メンバーに本ポリシーと同等の個人情報保護義務を課し、その履行を監督します。関与メンバーの構成は、事前にお客様にご説明し、ご同意を頂いた上で確定します。Portions of consulting work may be entrusted to specialists ("engaged team members") who have executed confidentiality agreements with us. We impose obligations equivalent to this policy on them and supervise performance. Team composition is explained to and confirmed with the client in advance.

05安全管理措置Security measures

• 組織的措置:個人情報保護責任者の設置(代表取締役)、取扱ルールの整備と定期的な見直しOrganizational: a designated data protection officer (the CEO), documented handling rules with periodic review
• 人的措置:関与者との秘密保持契約の締結Personnel: confidentiality agreements with all engaged personnel
• 物理的措置:業務利用機器の管理、施錠保管、離席時の画面ロックPhysical: managed devices, locked storage, screen lock when unattended
• 技術的措置:暗号化ストレージの利用、アクセス権限管理、多要素認証、通信の暗号化(TLS)Technical: encrypted storage, access control, multi-factor authentication, encrypted communications (TLS)
• 外的環境の把握:外国にある第三者にデータが所在する場合は、当該国の個人情報保護制度を把握の上、必要な安全管理措置を講じますExternal environment: where data resides with parties in foreign jurisdictions, we assess that jurisdiction’s data protection regime and apply necessary safeguards

06保有期間Retention

当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間に限り個人情報を保有します。コンサルティング業務の終了後は、お客様から取得した業務関連情報を、契約に定めるところに従い速やかに削除または返却します。ただし、法令上の保存義務(会計帳簿、契約書等)がある情報については、当該法令の定める期間保存します。We retain personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use. After an engagement ends, business-related information received from the client is deleted or returned promptly as set out in the contract. Information subject to statutory retention obligations (accounting records, contracts, etc.) is retained for the legally required period.

07開示・訂正・利用停止等の請求Requests for disclosure, correction and suspension

ご本人は、当社が保有する個人情報について、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、消去、および第三者提供の停止を請求することができます。ご請求は お問い合わせContact(個人情報保護責任者宛)までご連絡ください。本人確認のうえ、遅滞なく対応します。Individuals may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, and cessation of third-party provision of their personal information held by us. Contact お問い合わせContact (attn: Data Protection Officer). We respond without undue delay following identity verification.

08Cookie等の利用Cookies

当サイトは現在、広告・行動分析を目的としたCookieや外部の解析ツールを使用していません。サーバー運用上の標準的なアクセスログのみが記録されます。解析ツール等を導入する場合は、本ポリシーを改定のうえ本ページで告知します。This website does not currently use cookies or third-party analytics tools for advertising or behavioral analysis. Only standard server access logs are recorded. Should analytics tools be introduced, this policy will be revised and the change announced on this page.

09ポリシーの改定Amendments

本ポリシーは、法令改正または当社事業の変更に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、当社ウェブサイト上で告知します。This policy may be amended in response to changes in law or our business. Material changes will be announced on our website.
